We have noise sensors and a crowd detecting device installed. We allow groups to have celebratory dinners, bridal or baby showers etc. We define parties as having more than 15 people in the house with music or anything else that may disturb our neighbors.

Neighborhood

The home is located in Parkhill just off of Mission Road. Parkhill is a beautiful, centrally located neighborhood along the river pathways near Stanley Park just south of downtown. Mission Road takes you directly to all of the trendy restaurants and coffee shops on 4th street.

This was a great place to stay during a convention at the BMO Centre/Saddledome complex. We ended-up renting a car and always had parking right in front of the airbnb and found a very cheap place to park by the BMO Centre (across the street from the train tracks if you are looking for it). Jaret was quick to respond to any questions/needs. The space is perfect for a large group or family with each room having its own bathroom, it felt like 4 master bedrooms and our kids slept on the murphy bed in the 3rd floor loft area that is attached to the true master, so they had our bathroom. The beds are super comfortable - bring sleeping masks if you are light sensitive as the rooms are pretty bright this time of year, but it is at least quiet and comfy! The kitchen is well appointed with pretty much anything you need for cooking basic meals. It was nice to have that as an option, as well as the washer/dryer. They have a twin unit next door if you need more space - just message them!

We came with our family of 8 for a weekend getaway. The house was perfect for us...lots of living room, sleeping space and a great kitchen too. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location too. We had a wonderful stay!

This place is beautiful, a great location and very quiet. It was clean and bright with lots of light from large windows. Cannot say enough good things about the hosts, they were quick to answer all our questions. We definitely booked the perfect place for the seven of us and we would stay here again.

Find us

We have plenty of free street parking out front. It is also a short 12 minute walk to the 39th Avenue C-train station. In the summer time there are many shared electric scooters in the neighborhood to easily get downtown.
