We have noise sensors and a crowd detecting device installed. We allow groups to have celebratory dinners, bridal or baby showers etc. We define parties as having more than 15 people in the house with music or anything else that may disturb our neighbors.

The home is located in Parkhill just off of Mission Road. Parkhill is a beautiful, centrally located neighborhood along the river pathways near Stanley Park just south of downtown. Mission Road takes you directly to all of the trendy restaurants and coffee shops on 4th street.

We had an absolutely excellent stay here. The place was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect and made getting around so easy. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. Jaret’s place was pristine. Fairly close to Saddledome which was exactly what we needed and having a washroom for each bedroom was ideal with having 4 different families that required a room. Jaret is very responsive and eager to help if possible with any requests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommend.

The place was comfortable and well laid out, and everything was exactly as described. The host was super helpful and responsive, which made the stay smooth and stress free. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Find us

We have plenty of free street parking out front. It is also a short 12 minute walk to the 39th Avenue C-train station. In the summer time there are many shared electric scooters in the neighborhood to easily get downtown.
