The home is located literally across the street from Stampede Park so it's a very short walk to access the Stampede grounds and the Saddledome. We are 1 block from the elbow river pathways and just a couple of blocks from the Repsol Sports Center. There is a Safeway grocery store a few blocks away as well as all of the restaurants on 4th street and 17th Avenue. If you need to take the LRT Erlton station is a 5 minute walk.

We are across the street from Stampede Park and The Saddledome, a block from the elbow river pathways, a few blocks to the restaurants of 4th street and just outside of the downtown core with an LRT station across the street for easy access to downtown without worrying about parking. We have free parking on the street for your vehicle.
